Orders and payment
An order is accepted when confirmation is issued. Prices, delivery costs, and the selected payment method are shown before the order is placed. We may cancel and refund an order if production is not possible or payment cannot be verified.
Personalized designs
You are responsible for checking the entered name and selected options. We may reject content that is unlawful, abusive, or unsuitable for reliable printing. The on-screen preview is an approximation of the manufactured object.
Delivery and order issues
Delivery dates are estimates. If an order arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed design, contact us promptly with the order number and photos so we can review it.
